This year's theme is "Fellowship," and the organizers lean into that word more than most conferences would. The pitch isn't a packed agenda of back-to-back sessions. It's three days built around a smaller room, real conversations, and the kind of relationships that keep paying off after the event ends.
The core conference runs Wednesday and Thursday, November 4 and 5, with keynotes, case studies, and networking breaks. Tuesday, November 3, is reserved for a closed-door VIP mastermind and dinner, open only to VIP and Platinum ticket holders. After the main event, there's a paid post-conference workshop day on November 6, plus an optional four-day mastermind retreat at a private mountain villa from November 7 to 10, capped in size on purpose.
Eight speakers are confirmed as of this writing, mostly 7-figure Amazon and multichannel sellers, with more expected to be announced before November. The organizers say they're keeping the full session schedule under wraps until closer to the event, which is a deliberate choice, not a sign the agenda isn't built yet.
Three groups, by the organizers' own breakdown: 7-figure Amazon and multichannel sellers (Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop), cross-border DTC and CPG founders expanding into new markets, and service providers (sourcing, accounting, fulfillment, ad agencies, AI/SaaS founders).
General ($619 early bird): core two-day conference.
VIP ($1,089 early bird): adds the Tuesday pre-event mastermind and VIP dinner.
Mastermind ($3,549 early bird): the top tier, which appears to bundle the villa retreat access.
Nov 3: closed VIP mastermind and dinner (VIP/Platinum only). Nov 4–5: main conference, keynotes and case studies. Nov 6: paid post-conference workshops, including AI-powered ecommerce strategy and product launch sessions. Nov 7–10: optional mastermind villa retreat, capped for intimacy.
This event runs on tiered access, and it matters more here than at most conferences. The General ticket gets you the two core days. The VIP mastermind, the dinners, and the villa retreat are locked behind higher tiers, so the "networking" people rave about in reviews is partly a function of which ticket they bought.
Past attendee feedback (2025 testimonials) consistently mentions the people over the content. One recurring theme: attendees describe it as tight-knit rather than a large trade show, which tracks with the deliberately capped retreat and the small confirmed speaker list. Worth noting: the full agenda isn't published yet, so it's hard to judge session depth until closer to the date.
