In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Site.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Austin, Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
4. Processing of Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the content provider, member, or user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Provide the content provider with a copy of the notification so they may submit a counter-notification if appropriate
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will assess repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis.
6. Good Faith and Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
